Megan Pinegar

Strategic Operations

Megan Pinegar is an operations and human resource consultant, with her experience marked by a track record of driving operational excellence, enhancing employee engagement, and maximizing organizational performance.

Megan was previously Chief Operating Officer for the EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases. There she oversaw all facets of organizational business activities, including infrastructure growth, legal and government compliance, financial transparency, human resources, and strategic planning.

Prior to the EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases, Megan served various roles with Torrey Advisory Group, the office of U.S. Senator Jerry Moran, the Kansas Attorney General’s office, and Kansas State University.

Megan has a master’s degree in public administration, a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University, an Executive Scholar Certificate in Nonprofit Management, and is a SHRM Certified Professional (CP). She lives in Charleston, S.C. and is active in her community.
